On this episode of the Startup Showcase, Victor Spalding, owner and founder of personal training studio Control Lab, discusses his journey starting the business and how he prioritizes personal touch and customization in everything their two locations have to offer. Victor also opens up about the current trends in the fitness industry and how his studio has adapted to offer online services. Control Lab is a fitness facility that offers one-on-one training and group classes merging best-in-class practices with very flexible offerings. In the future, Victor hopes to expand to a third location, (and hopefully more!) and have that growth propel his model into additional real estate opportunities.
